The guys over at Exante Diet sent me out a box of goodies to try out. And when I say goodies, I mean goodies. From vegetable lasagne to protein pancake mix – this box had it all. The foods are designed to help you loose weight providing a range of your recommended daily intake of vitamins and minerals through high-protein, low-carb weight managed meals to help you stay fuller for longer*, pretty clever.

Watch the video Exante Diet has on their homepage explaining how it works.

Not only are Exante Diet foods good for you, help you loose weight, but they are tasty too – you can’t go wrong! The Chocolate and Orange protein bar, pictured above, was incredible! Surprisingly it tasted like any nutty chocolate orange bar, and for a health and meal alternative, that’s a mean feat. The lasagne was good, but being over 50% sauce, when it came out of the microwave the pot was filled with a lot of water, I tipped it out onto a plate and the water seemed to thicken in the sauce, and you know what, it actually tasted pretty good. I’m slowly but surely working my way through the other goods, I’m looking forward to trying the Thai Green Curry pot – I will report back!

If you’re looking for good quality, tasty, healthy food products that are weight controlled to help you loose a few pounds (or more), you need to check out Exante Diet!
