I think one of the hardest things about running your own business is knowing when to take a break, and what taking a break can actually mean for your wellbeing.
Back at the beginning of the year, I set myself the goal of starting and completing a bullet journal. Seven, almost eight, months into the year and I am proud to say that I am still going strong. This is my beginner’s bullet journal.
This Bearded Life. I’m a bearded man, so when I heard about the release of this book I jumped at the chance to get a copy early – it is now out and available from most good book stores. It’s full of tidbits, snaps, beard facts, a beardy calendar and some snazzy photos & design – what more could you want?
So, call us old fogies, but Lucy and I signed up to become members of the National Trust the other week. So far, best decision we have made. After watching Downton Abbey I couldn’t help but have the desire to go and snoop on some stately homes. Melford Hall was our first stop.
Today, 28 July 2016, is my company’s official 1st birthday. How very exciting. I unofficially started the company back in January of 2015, starting with 1 client and hoping I could turn what I loved doing into my real life day job. That 1 client soon turned into 2 clients, 2 clients into 3 clients and so on, you catch my drift.
