As August came to an end, so did Lucy’s break and the summer weather. We wanted to treat ourselves to a weekend away before Lucy went back to work and the summer came to an end, so an impromptu weekend away it was.

Oh, how original, how new. It’s like no one else has ever written about their desire to own a Tesla. Wait a second, they have?! Well, let me join the club.
Leave a CommentBack at the beginning of the year, I set myself the goal of starting and completing a bullet journal. Seven, almost eight, months into the year and I am proud to say that I am still going strong. This is my beginner’s bullet journal.

The irony of this post is that I drafted it about two months ago, then two weeks ago we moved…

3 CommentsThis Bearded Life. I’m a bearded man, so when I heard about the release of this book I jumped at the chance to get a copy early – it is now out and available from most good book stores. It’s full of tidbits, snaps, beard facts, a beardy calendar and some snazzy photos & design – what more could you want?
“Neviditelný (Jaroslav Havlíček) is a Czech novel by Jaroslav Havlíček. It was first published in 1937.”
A quick google search tells me. I discovered that most of Jaroslav Havlíček’s novels are psychological, generally focusing on young men and women and their relationships in extreme conditions. I have no idea what this specific novel is about, alas this art work is too striking to not share.
You may remember at around this time last year, I wrote a post dedicated to my friend George’s amazing art work. I posted up a mini interview with him and throughly enjoyed the response to his work. It’s a year later and I wanted to revisit Sadhana Illustrations, enjoy.
