As if it is May already?! I know I start pretty much every ‘In Photos’ post with a statement like that, but, boy is time flying as of late!

April has been a really, really good month: I have been to a few events with the Charity that I work for; I have been into a local college to try and spur young people to volunteer (which is part of my work at Centre Supporting Voluntary Action); I held & was part of a training day for the new Volunteer Essex website that I am a part of; I have spent many a hour editing the films for the same project.

I, of course, spent as much time as I could getting out and about with my friends, and was lucky enough to go and see Miss Saigon with my buddy Olly – it was ace! I would definitely recommend going to see it if you are ever in London, we managed to get some really decent day seats for £20 each!!

Photos this month seem to fit to the theme of Spring, so I’ll go with that. The first picture this month is actually of a Gudgeon fish that I saw at London Zoo, a fellow Gudgeon eh! There are a few pictures of all the pretty flowers and plants that I stumble across on my walks through the woods in my village, a snap from my Faith In Nature blog post, and a snap of the tastiest boiled egg I have had for a while (even if I did upload it on the 1st May).

May is set to be another good month. Two of the videos will be published, and hopefully the third will go into production; I will hopefully be getting a car; and I will hopefully be going to Amsterdam! I hope you have a wicked May too!

  • Nice one to hear that you donate some time to charity Tom. I help out at my local foodbank a couple of times per month.

    • I do my best to Volunteer as often as I can. I actually work part time for a charity too; running and maintaining their website. Volunteering is a brilliant way to meet new, and interesting people!
